Automation Savings Calculator
Estimate annual effort and the time capacity a repeatable workflow might release.
For teams deciding whether to investigate automation.
How this tool works
Annual hours = hours per occurrence × occurrences per employee per period × working periods per year × employees. Daily periods = working days × weeks; weekly periods = weeks; monthly periods = 12 × weeks ÷ 52.
Annual labor cost = annual hours × hourly rate. Potential hours reduced = annual hours × reduction percentage. Estimated labor-cost capacity = potential hours × rate. Remaining effort = annual hours − potential hours. Reduction is your editable assumption, not a benchmark.
Released capacity is not guaranteed cash savings, ROI or a staffing recommendation. Implementation, subscriptions, maintenance, exceptions and review time are not deducted. Raw financial inputs and task names are not included in the inquiry handoff.
Inputs stay on this page until you explicitly choose to carry a summary into an inquiry. That summary is temporarily saved in this tab for 30 minutes and is sent only when you submit the inquiry.
