A PRACTICAL START

Get ready for your project.

A clear collection of content and account information helps us agree on the work and keep it moving. Use this checklist before a conversation or after booking, at your own pace.

Gather what fits your project.

Not every project requires every item. Mark the items you have gathered and discuss anything missing with Cody. This checklist does not submit files, book work or confirm project readiness.

Never submit passwords through a normal website form or ordinary email. Secure access-sharing methods will be arranged when needed. Third-party accounts should remain under your ownership whenever practical.

Checks stay in this page’s browser memory and reset on reload. Nothing is saved to browser storage or sent to a server. Analytics records only checklist start, completion and print actions, never your answers. Printed copies are yours to handle.

Business information

Gather accurate public-facing details. Leave private addresses or pricing out when they should not be published.

Branding and media

Use files you own or have permission to use. Original, full-resolution assets are preferable.

Website content

Rough notes are useful. Confirm which content is ready and which content needs help.

Technical access

Identify the account owner and access needed; do not write passwords on this checklist. Secure access-sharing methods will be arranged.

From prepared materials to agreed work.

You work directly with Cody. Scope and pricing are agreed before work begins; additional charges require discussion and approval. Website projects use a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due after completion and approval, before launch.

Typical website projects take approximately 2–4 weeks after the required materials and deposit are received. Timing depends on scope, feedback and access. Third-party costs may be separate; ownership and final deliverables are governed by your project agreement.
